I called in on New Year's Eve, a day everyone knows is ridiculously busy at any service dept. But Luke, the Shop Manager, answered the phone, told me what his situation as far as availability and even took the time to ask me what was going on with Range Rover Sport, my diagnosis opinion, and put me at easy about my issue so I could enjoy my holiday until I got it checked in to their Service dept. 3 days later, car is fixed and running better than it was before I took it in.
