John is excellent at explaining what repairs need to be made and the reasons for them. He considers the costs of repairs and how to best manage them for his customers.

It's always a nervous moment bringing a Land Rover in for repair, but the staff at The Shop have always been great with giving me the straight story and also options for my rover. John always remembers me and takes great care to make sure I understand just exactly what the guys in the back found out when they looked into my car's issue. Way better than my prior experience with a dealer.
