Out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented a daily disinfecting process for all of our common areas. Additionally specific areas of the interior of our customers cars (and keys) are being disinfected after being dropped off at our facility and before they are picked up to protect both our customer and employees. AS always. When I leave my car at The Shop they take care of the issues. They point out potential issues that will need to be addressed in the future so to keep the Rover running at its best. We bout an LR3 that needed some love and The Shop has been so helpful getting this LR3 to where it needs to be so it can be a dependable vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for Land Rovers and Jags!!! I have had the opportunity to have my LR/RR serviced here a few times with perfect results. They are knowledgeable and courteous as well as great to talk with while waiting. They always answer questions even when technical and treat everyone with respect. Recently I took my LR/RR in for programming a new suspension pump that I install and ended up getting the firmware for the engine and transmission control updated to the latest version as well. My LR/RR now drives, shifts and raises/lowers smoothly and just as it should. It drives much better than before the software updates. Thanks guys!!!

A great first visit to The Shop with my 2003 Jaguar. Just the nicest owners and employees you could wish to deal with. Everything explained in detail and nothing was too much trouble, from sharing their lunch to being chauffeured down the road. I would recommend them unreservedly!

Entrusted my 1986 Jaguar XJ-SC with The Shop to perform a complete vehicle inspection. The cabriolet is a rare model with very limited production over four years , with only a few hundred making their way to the U.S. The Shop provided a meticulous overview of the vehicle's condition with recommended repairs and suggestions including upgrades to repairs made by previous repair shops. Trish provided regular updates with the dedicated mechanic/technician's progress and diligent with sourcing efforts. Great service. Good dedicated people that take pride in their workmanship.

Top-quality work from this Garage. The listen, the complete the work they say they are going to do. If there is additional work needed they call and explain the work that needs to be done with prices and level of severity for the issue. If only other companies had similar work ethics.
