Out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented a daily disinfecting process for all of our common areas. Additionally specific areas of the interior of our customers cars (and keys) are being disinfected after being dropped off at our facility and before they are picked up to protect both our customer and employees. Our waiting room is currently closed and we have ‘no contact’ drop & pick procedures in place. Honestly the most reliable and consistent service. Women are often uncomfortable dealing with car problems and repair shops. But I feel safe taking my 2008 Range Rover HSE to Luke & Mario @"The Shop!" They treat me with respect and provide great service. We've established a good relationship that keeps me at ease. Exceptional service again, as expected from The Shop ! James, who worked on my vehicle, went out of his way after hours, to explain everything very thoroughly, point out what may need attention in the future and also show the condition of and discuss the parts he replaced. I would recommend them unreservedly !
