Out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented a daily disinfecting process for all of our common areas. Additionally specific areas of the interior of our customers cars (and keys) are being disinfected after being dropped off at our facility and before they are picked up to protect both our customer and employees. Our waiting room is currently closed and we have ‘no contact’ drop & pick procedures in place. I live in Pennsylvania and was interested in purchasing a used Jaguar in Marietta, GA. I had the owner bring it in for a pre-purchase survey which they performed and got me the report the same day. The report was very detailed and even pointed out things that I hadn't thought to ask the owner about. Trish took the time to listen to my concerns and offer suggestions on how to address them. An excellent experience!

Was having a strange, intermittent electrical problem with my KX8 - they were persistent in tracking it down and got it fixed.
