Out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented a daily disinfecting process for all of our common areas. Additionally specific areas of the interior of our customers cars (and keys) are being disinfected after being dropped off at our facility and before they are picked up to protect both our customer and employees. The Shop is the greatest shop I’ve ever experienced. They go over everything before they start the actual service. They will tell you the priorities as well as the things that can wait. Great great service that deserves 10 stars!!!

Trish was very helpful from the start. She made it very easy to setup a time to bring my Ranger Rover in for a diagnostic. Once I arrived, it only took the technician 45 mintues to find out what was wrong with my suspension and scan the rest of my vehicle for any other potential problems. The best experience I’ve had at an Auto Shop.

I appreciate the service we received at your shop. Hopefully the work done is all that we need to get some more years out of this car. I am only two days into having the car back but it is running great and we are happy. I like that we got quotes for work and that is what we paid. I did not like that the quotes were so damn expensive. I have no idea if the price for this work is in line with other "Non Specialized" mechanics. That being said, we took the car to a traditional mechanic and their computer could not communicate with my English lass. They did what they said they would do in a reasonable amount of time. They gave me a quote that I approved and did the work for that amount. I have nothing to complain about. They are friendly, professional and the waiting area is clean and well appointed.

John and the techs at The Shop do a great job considering the way Defenders are many times rebuilt with parts from other models and/or other years. It’s research, not just repair. Great job also in offering suggestions for replacements and upgrades to improve drivability.

i used to do all the mechanical work on my vehicles, these days i have neither the time nor desire. so when it comes to my trucks/cars i'm more than picky about who does the work. i drove 3 1/2 hours to bring a truck to the shop for a frame inspection, advice on suspension work, etc... the feedback i received was honest to say the least. some things i was concerned about were not as bad as i was thinking, and the tech gave me a short list of things that needed attention. none of those things were surprises to me. the brakes they rebuilt before my return trip back home. needless to say i'll be making the 7 hr. round trip soon to have them, and only them, take care of the items i want taken care of, and the others they recommended. thanks guys. The Shop was able to provide price-points below the dealership, got my car back to me within a day, and even honestly told me I didn't need certain parts/services instead of going ahead with them anyway. They did a great job with customer service and overall care of my LR4. Will definitely see them for all future maintenance issues!
