Excellent service n very pleasant customer service, had my vehicle towed . They did a huge inspection, told me what I need , n the cost , the labor no work done in two DAYS .. I will b back . Very trust worthy. UNLIKE ROAD BRITANNIA ON ROSWELL RD .. stay away from them ..they wanted 500,00 $ up front without an inspection… THANKS AGAIN THE SHOP . U have a friend for life

The team at The Shop has taken such good care of me and my vehicle. They have been extremely communicative through every step of my vehicles repair. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a Land Rover or other British/European vehicle. It is safe to say that I will continue to use them as my dedicated shop when needed. I have always received the best service from The Shop with regards to all my Land Rover, Range Rover vehicles. I am a satisfied customer. Where do I start?? I think I've been so scared by that awful monopoly which is Hennessy JLR that I dread taking my car in for anything. I thought I'd give THE SHOP a try since they're close and had great reviews. First making an appointment online was super easy. My requested slot was booked, I received an email with some other options, clicked a different date a day or two later and done - a breeze. Bright and early I was greeted by Trish who was super friendly (way more than me at 9AM on a Monday!) which was such a nice and welcome surprise. I brought my L405 Range Rover to THE SHOP for what I thought would be a brake pad replacement since mine were squeaking obnoxiously. Here is where THE SHOP totally earned my loyalty. Trish calls me up and says that my brakes still have plenty of life and no need to replace them, but if I want they'll give it an inspection to see what they can come up with. They found quite a few things wrong, some of which I supposedly paid Hennessy ~$1500 to do about a month ago. Why is this shocking?? Well my car is still under factory warranty and all the work they recommend should be covered under factory warranty which they (unfortunately) can't do. They wrote it up and gave me documentation of what was wrong so I can bring that along with me when I schedule my warranty repairs. I will definitely be doing any out of pocket maintenance here going forward and now that I've found a great shop it might entice me to finally get that Classic SWB RR I've wanted since I was a kid! All of this was a really long way of saying 'just bring your damn rover to THE SHOP'.

I have only GREAT accolades to offer. My experience has been positive and the customer service is AwesomE! I have a 2008 Range Rover and I really love my vehicle. I do my best to keep it maintained and properly serviced in a timely manner. I've been taking my vehicle to the shop for about 2 years perhaps three. I find I have been treated fairly as a woman and I have a sense of safety doing business and taking my vehicle to THE SHOP! Along with the GreaT customer service I receive when I need my truck serviced. My most favorite part of my experience is being assisted by " Ms. Trish!" She's a great asset I hope she never leaves!
